Alyque Padamsee & Dolly Thakore both are witty stage theatre personnel of the arena of Indian play
world. Being their consummate inheritor their son QUASAR THAKORE PADAMSEE personated
his artistry since he was a collegian. Quasar, or Q as everyone knows him, vindicated QTP which by
coincidence stands for Quasar Theatre Productions as well as Quasar Thakore Padamsee. He has
directed and fathered more than 20 productions like The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail, Minorities, All
My Sons, The Urban Burden etc. Quasar’s play 'So Many Socks' is Mumbai’s lone entrant to the
nominee list at the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards 2013 (META). But he basically launched
his vocation with acting on scaffold & still he is glorifying the theatre world with direction nay
acting.
